2. Service description
Docivo provides tools for working with PDF and document files, including merging, splitting, converting, previewing, and OCR-based processing.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for the files you upload or process using Docivo. Do not upload files that you do not have the right to use, process, or convert.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Docivo to process illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized content. You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
5. Availability
Docivo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or error-free processing for every file.
6. File processing
Some tools run in your browser, while others require backend processing. Backend processing may take time depending on file size, server availability, and tool complexity.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Docivo and its maintainers are not liable for data loss, file corruption, downtime, or any indirect damages resulting from use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Docivo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
